London Christmas Party
The company Christmas party is a much anticipated event and one of our regular clients trusts us to deliver a very festive wow factor year after year.
In planning a private party that had London as its theme, our search for a suitable space led us to a wonderfully quirky venue right in the heart of the City of London.
The Solution
We took over the whole venue so that there would be plenty of space to entertain 350 guests. A drinks reception was held on the first floor, which had been transformed with red and purple lighting and sparkling fairy lights.
This theme was continued downstairs in the cellar space, which we turned into a nightclub.
We made sure there were plenty of props that symbolised London, including a Christmas tree decorated with London’s iconic Routemaster bus, black taxis and postboxes. We even managed to find a very funky and glittery version of a Beefeater guard – cue lots of photo opportunities!
A little lighting wizardry saw snowflakes falling and the party was branded with the company logo.
Bowl food was served as guests chatted and circulated, before a fantastic ten-piece brass band literally rocked the place. A top London DJ then kept the dance floor full into the night.
